He has always been able to get us the very best price when we have bought and sold. He is highly effective at negotiating with the other party on your behalf. He also speaks multiple languages which helped significantly with our most recent purchase. His commissions are always competitive and a great value for the service you receive. Before meeting Vladimir we worked with four other agents who were all good. Vladimir is by far the very best and we will continue to use him in the future.

Vladimir acted as our agent in selling our California Condo. We moved out of state shortly after it went on the market, and just when the things started seriously closing down due to Covid. Specifically, realtors were not allowed to conduct open houses. Part of the solution was an exceptionally good video walk through posted on the sales site. Vladimir kept us informed in real time of the changing situation. We did all the paperwork, and signing process without a hitch due to his sending us each document in a timely fashion. We had several questions about Escrow that were not even his responsibility that he answered quickly, and correctly. Vladimir's expertise made going through the various steps of the selling process seem easy.

Very patient with us…
Very patient with us, makes you feel relaxed with the buying process. Gives you his honest opinion and directs your attention and focus to what is more important. He doesn't settle just to make a sale. He made sure that the house you are looking for is the one you would want to live in comfortably. I would use his services for my children's first house.

Vladimir exceeded my expectations from the start. We had been interviewing realtors and once we met and connected with him it was a no-brainer. He is knowledgeable, professional, and his competence comes with a wonderful sense of humor. He was always quick to respond with clear explanations to my questions. He anticipates needs and prepared me for each step of the process. We had a few issues which were my fault yet he was quick to graciously resolve them and move forward. The house sold on the first weekend of open house and the escrow closed early. I have no complaints whatsoever and this was a complicated process including a Trust and my residence in another country. He was a true "Johnny on the spot" in all regards. I'm forever grateful for his guidance and expertise and again, sense of humor which really helped with those challenging tasks. What a guy, what a realtor. Customer service with knowledge and confidence does exist.

I was almost sorry Vladimir sold my mother’s condo so quickly. I miss him! He is so accommodating and attentive. Makes you feel like you are his only client. He made selling her home the easiest part of her move. Highly recommended!
